What we offer:

Specialized Experience
Over 17 years experience practicing personal injury law in Utah.

Focused Attention
We accept only a limited number of cases. This allows us to give maximum attention to you and your case. It won't be handed off to a paralegal along with hundreds of others.

Contingency Fee Representation
Most cases are accepted on a contingency fee basis. This means you pay nothing unless we obtain a recovery for you.

A Referral Practice
Most of our cases come from referrals from other attorneys and past clients. We don't do much advertising. This means knowledgeable attorneys, and satisfied clients, trust us to handle their cases.

Nationwide Experts
When necessary, we work with expert witnesses, physicians, and others around the country to prove your case.

Leadership Experience
Mr. Faerber has served as Chairperson on hundreds of medical malpractice prelitigation hearings for the Utah Department of Occupational and Professional Licensing screening cases for merit along with physicians and hospital administrators. This experience has given him unique insights into medical malpractice litigation and trends.

A Recognized Authority
Mr. Faerber has served as a college instructor teaching Tort law and Introduction to Law to paralegal students at Salt Lake Community College. Mr. Faerber teaches Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses to other attorneys. For example, he recently gave a presentation on The Effective Use of Medical Records and Medical Experts in Civil Litigation at a National Business Institute CLE.

Unique Alternative Dispute Experience
Mr. Faerber has helped clients resolve numerous large value cases using mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute mechanisms. This includes serving as local counsel on the largest food borne illness case to date in the state of Utah. Mediation and arbitration can save clients time, money, and stress.
